Proposed Layout for New Offices at Ebrington Square

 

Following submission of a Change of Use planning applciaiton for Building 85 at Ebrington Square.  Ebrington Holdings Ltd, the Developer appointed by The Executive office to Develop the Eastern Lands at Ebrington has released a copy of their floor plans for Building 85.  The development, if approved by Derry City & Strabane District Council planning department would provide c. 13,500 Sqft of new office Space for the City.  The location of this listed building, provides stunning views towards the city, over looking the River Foyle.
